​1. General Information
RENTGLAM is a fashion rental service offering glamorous clothing and accessories for
short-term use. By renting from RENTGLAM, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.
2. Rental Eligibility

Customers must be at least 18 years old to rent an item.

A valid ID and a credit card are required for verification and deposit purposes at the time of pick-up.
3. Rental Period
-
The standard rental period includes a One-Night Rental option:

Pick-up is available from 15:00 on the start date.
-
Returns must be made before 11:00 one day later. For example, a rental picked up on Thursday at 15:00 must be returned by Friday before 11:00.

At the moment we offer 1 night, 2 night & 6 night rental periods.

Late returns will incur additional charges as specified in Section 5.
4. In-Store Pick-Up and Return
-
All items must be picked up and returned in-store. Shipping options are not currently available.

Customers are responsible for collecting and returning the rented items to our store at the agreed times.
5. Late Returns and Penalties
-
Late returns will be charged at 40% of the original day rental fee for each additional day past the return deadline.

If the item is not returned within 7 days of the due date, it will be considered a purchase, and the customer will be charged the full retail value of the item, on top of any rental fees already paid.
6. Security Deposit
-
A security deposit is required upon rental. The amount varies per item and will be reserved on your credit card and released upon the return of the item in good condition.

If the item is damaged or lost, the deposit will be used to cover the cost of repairs or the item's replacement.
7. Condition of Items and Customer Responsibility

All items are cleaned and inspected before rental. Please inspect your item at pick-up and notify us immediately if you notice any defects.

You are responsible for taking care of each rental item from the time of pick-up until it is returned.

You agree to treat each item with care and respect. You will be held responsible for any loss, destruction, or irreparable damage beyond regular wear and tear. Regular wear and tear includes minor issues such as small stains, missing beads, or broken zippers. RENTGLAM reserves the right to determine whether damages exceed the regular wear and tear allowance.
8. Reporting Damages and Incidents

If any damage or incident occurs, you must notify RENTGLAM upon returning the item.

In case of loss or theft, you must inform RENTGLAM within 24 hours and, if requested, cooperate with RENTGLAM in filing a police report.
9. Liability Disclaimer
-
RENTGLAM is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the rental of the item, including any defects in the item itself.
10. Cancellations and Refunds
-
Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before pick-up will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
-
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made on the day of pick-up.

If you choose to return an item earlier than planned, refunds will not be provided for the unused rental period.
11. Cleaning and Care
-
Do not take the item to a dry cleaner. RENTGLAM handles all cleaning, which is included in the rental fee. If an item is damaged due to washing or unauthorized cleaning, you will be charged the full retail value of the item.
12. Alterations
-
No alterations are permitted. The use of temporary hem tape is acceptable, but any permanent alterations are prohibited. If unauthorized alterations are made, you will be liable for the cost of repairs.

If you need to adjust the fit with hem tape or boob tape, please be mindful of the garment. We recommend investing in good-quality tape that won’t damage the fabric, ensuring the item stays in top condition for the next wearer.
13. Damage Beyond Repair

Items returned with stains or damages beyond repair will be charged at full retail value, in addition to any rental fees already paid.

RENTGLAM does not cover loss or irreparable damages, as this affects the availability for future bookings. The full retail value will be charged to compensate for replacement.

In the rare case of damage beyond repair, you may check to use your liability insurance to cover the costs. This way, you’re protected, and we can ensure our beautiful items continue to be enjoyed by others.
14. Payment Terms

All rental payments must be completed before the rental period begins.

If you wish to extend the rental period, additional fees must be paid prior to the start of the extended period.

In case of a delayed return, additional charges will be applied as per the standard late return policy outlined above.
15. Early Returns and Extensions
-
Refunds are not possible for early returns.

If the renter wishes to extend the rental period, extra fees must be paid before the extension begins. Failure to return on time will result in additional charges.
16. Payment Obligations
-
The renter is not entitled to withhold or offset any payments due under this agreement for any reason. All outstanding amounts must be paid in full as agreed.
17. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

RENTGLAM reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
