For delivering and potentially returning rental items, we use PostNL and DHL. We share your name, address, and contact details with these carriers solely to fulfill the delivery agreement. If subcontractors are involved, they receive this information to complete the delivery.

In-Store Rental Process

When you visit RENTGLAM to rent an item, we require you to present a valid ID and a credit card. The ID is used to verify your identity, and the credit card is used to secure a deposit. This deposit ensures coverage in case the rented item is not returned.

• ID Verification: Your ID details are used solely for verification purposes and are not stored or retained beyond the duration of your rental.

• Credit Card Deposit: We process the deposit through our secure payment system. The credit card information is handled in accordance with PCI-DSS standards, ensuring safe and compliant processing. The deposit is held temporarily and will be released upon the return of the rented item in its original condition.

We do not store copies of your ID, and the credit card details are not saved in our system beyond the rental period.

Purpose of Data Processing

We use your data exclusively to provide our rental services, including order processing, delivery, and customer support. We do not use this data for marketing purposes unless we have received your explicit consent. Data shared with third parties is only for administrative and accounting obligations. All third parties are bound by confidentiality agreements.
