HOW TO RENT
Renting is unique, fun and so easy! Let me explain you how it works.
It all starts
Your Rental Guide

Check out the website
The fun part; explore the RENTGLAM collection on the website and pick your favourites, add them to your wishlist for easy selection.

Make an appointment
Once you've made your selection, make an appointment (via our booking system) to go to our store to fit your glitter! We ask for a €15 no-show fee to protect our time, this will be deducted from your rental fee or refunded when you show up.

Come to the store
I will be waiting for you with your selection of 5 sparkling items for you to try and see.

Pick your outfit!
After you found your match, we'll reserve the dates with you. The fee includes a pick-up on Thursday and return on Monday evening. For a longer period we will add a small fee.

Pay by card
It's easy; tap and pay and the item is yours for your selected period & time. We reserve a deposit on your creditcard on the day of pick-up, this will be fully lifted once the item is returned in normal condition (normal wear & tear is accepted).​

Party
Be the belle of the bal, because you got your perfect glitter item! Shine and sparkle and don't forget to take some amazing pictures; any shares on the RENTGLAM website will be rewarded.

Pick-up
You either take your item straight away or come back on the day of pick up. All pick-ups are on Thursdays or Fridays in store. For the pick-up you need a valid creditcard (this is for the deposit). A shipment can be done, but this depends on the availability of the item, a courier fee will apply.

Return
It's time to pass the sparkle on to somebody else, you can come to our store to bring it back. There is a slot for you on Monday evening to return your sparkle. Please be on time; a fee will apply for tardiness.
